These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Flowvaani Private Limited (“Flowvaani”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, booking a demo, or using our AI voice agents, automation systems, or related services, you (“Client”, “User”, or “Business”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Nature of Services

Flowvaani Private Limited provides AI-powered automation solutions, including but not limited to:

• AI Voice Agents (Inbound & Outbound)

• Call handling and routing

• Appointment booking automation

• WhatsApp confirmations and follow-ups

• CRM logging and integrations

• Google Calendar integrations

• Business workflow automation

Flowvaani does not operate as a telecom provider. We provide automation software and AI infrastructure that integrates with third-party communication systems.

2. Service Activation & Deployment

• Standard setup time is 48–72 hours after required information is received.

• Deployment timelines may vary depending on workflow complexity.

• The Client is responsible for providing accurate business data, scripts, and integration access.

Flowvaani is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client information.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide lawful and accurate information

• Use services only for legal business purposes

• Comply with Indian laws, including telecommunication and data protection regulations

• Obtain necessary consent for call recording if required by law

• Not use the AI system for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activities

Flowvaani reserves the right to suspend services if misuse is detected.

4. Payments & Fees

• Services are provided under agreed pricing terms.

• Payments must be made on time as per invoice.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

No refunds will be issued once service setup is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flowvaani Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Business losses due to telecom outages

• Third-party service disruptions (e.g., WhatsApp, CRM, cloud providers)

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue due to incorrect client configuration

• Regulatory violations caused by the Client

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the previous one month of service.

6. No Guarantee of Revenue

Flowvaani provides automation tools designed to improve call handling and lead capture. However:

• We do not guarantee revenue growth.

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

• Results depend on client operations, sales process, and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, automation workflows, AI models, branding, and system architecture remain the exclusive property of Flowvaani Private Limited.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during the active subscription period.

Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing our system is strictly prohibited.

8. Data & Confidentiality

Client business data remains the property of the Client.

Flowvaani agrees to maintain confidentiality and use data solely for service delivery, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice.

Flowvaani may terminate services immediately if:

• Payment is overdue

• Illegal usage is detected

• These Terms are violated

Upon termination:

• Access to automation systems will be disabled

• Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy

10. Force Majeure

Flowvaani shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Internet outages

• Cloud provider failures

• Telecom disruptions

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chhattisgarh, India.

12. Modifications

Flowvaani Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
